This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) sets out how we collect and process personal information about you when you visit our website at https://www.apeironnft.com, when you use our mobile dapp, when you play our game (our “Game”), or when you otherwise do business or make contact with us. 1. WHAT DOES FOONIE DO WITH USER’S INFORMATION? Information you Provide Foonie Magus and our Service Providers (defined below) may collect information you provide directly via the Service. For example, we collect information when you sign up to receive periodic updates and promotional materials from us; make a purchase through the Service; or receive customer or technical support. Foonie employs reasonable measures designed to protect user’s information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Although Foonie makes good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Services in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, Foonie cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on Foonie’s systems. Further, while Foonie attempts to ensure the integrity and security of network and systems, Foonie cannot guarantee that Foonie’s security measures will prevent third-party “hackers“ from illegally obtaining access to this information. Foonie does not warrant or represent that user’s information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. User acknowledges that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, Foonie cannot guarantee absolute security of user’s information. 4. - TRACKING COOKIE DATA We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Opt-out of targeted advertising - You can opt-out of interest-based advertising on mobile applications by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and turning off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” or selecting “Limit Ad Tracking“ (Apple iOS) or “Opt-out of Interest Based Ads“ (Android). You can also opt out from personalized in-game offers through the options provided in the game settings (where applicable). Access the personal data we hold about you - If you request, we will provide you a copy of your personal data in an electronic format. For Tracking Technology, regular cookies may generally be disabled or removed by tools available as part of most commercial browsers, and in some instances blocked in the future by selecting certain settings. Browsers offer different functionalities and options so you may need to set them separately. With respect to our Apps, you can stop all collection of information via the app by uninstalling the App. Also, you may be able to exercise specific privacy choices, such as enabling or disabling certain location-based services, by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device. We will use reasonable efforts to respond to your request within 14 days, but in all events within 30 days of our receipt of the request. We will respond to all requests in accordance with applicable laws. To protect your privacy, we may also take additional steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, such as by requesting you provide us a purchase receipt or other account information, asking you to link your email address with your game account, or asking you to answer questions regarding your activities on our Services. Once you have verified your identity, you may also designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights on your behalf by providing the agent’s contact information to our customer support staff, as required by applicable law.
